Starting from Venezia or Conegliano this is a food and wine tour. In the first stage there is the tasting of local cheeses from the world-wide award-winning producer, a visit of the historic family museum and maturing warehouses. A tasting journey starting from the most representative wine of the area, the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG, up to the lesser known local wines such as the Torchiato di Fregona DOCG and the Refrontolo Passito DOCG to delve into the world of cheese and wine pairing. Part of the experience will be given by access to the Top Secret room where the experiments of the Dairy take place and to the Caveau dei Formaggi Riserva Speciale, tasting one of these cheeses awarded with the Supergold at the World Cheese Award, in combination with another Jewel of Our Territory, the Torchiato di Fregona DOCG. It's lunch time! The second stage of the tour will be outdoors where you will be guided in the tasting of 4 Prosecco DOCG which will be accompanied by cold cuts and cheeses. The appointment with the guide is in Piazzale Roma in Venice or in Conegliano railway station.
