Tiramisù and Prosecco

#Tiramisù and #Prosecco can be a great match. The #Prosecco adds a touch of sweetness and acidity to the dessert, while the #mascarpone cheese and coffee provide richness and depth of flavor.

Here is a recipe for Prosecco Tiramisu:

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups Prosecco

  • 30 ladyfingers

  • 5 egg yolks

  • 500gr Mascarpone cheese

  • 250gr powdered sugar

  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

Instructions:

- Dip the ladyfingers in the cold Prosecco until they are soaked through.

- In a large bowl, beat together the egg yolks and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

- Beat in the mascarpone cheese until smooth.

- Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until combined.

- To assemble the tiramisu, line a 20x30 cm baking dish with ladyfingers.

- Spread some of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.

- Top with another layer of ladyfingers.

- Spread the remaining mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.

- Dust with powdered sugar.

- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

You can also add other ingredients to the Prosecco #Tiramisù, such as chocolate chips, strawberries, or raspberries. Get creative and have fun with it!

Here are some tips for making Prosecco Tiramisù:

  • Use good #quality Prosecco a #Docg. A dry #Prosecco will work best, but you can also use a sparkling rosé or sparkling white wine.

  • Don't over soak the ladyfingers. You want them to be moist, but not soggy.

  • Use full-fat mascarpone cheese for the best flavor and texture.

  • Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours before serving. This will allow the flavors to blend and the ladyfingers to soften.
